A few years ago the wife and I had heard about the Wellspring Smokers / Grills in Shipshewana, Indiana, so the wife and I made a quick detour off of I-69 to look at them. Needless to say we fell in love with the Tri-Flame 60. It has been the most important tool in our arsenal for smoking Pulled Pork BBQ, Chicken and some Heavenly Brisket. The quality of this cart is great. Every single friend of mine that visited us for the first BBQ I hosted had some great things to say about it, they all were impressed how good looking and sturdy this cart. The wheels are professional grade and makes it very convenient to move it indoors on rainy days here in Florida. The color configuration was exactly what I expected to match my Big Green Egg. Having used this type of grill in the past I was familiar and a fan of these "Chicken Flipper" type grills. The Tri-Flame 60 however is a different beast altogether. Never before have I been able to turn the grates with the lid closed and this the Tri-Flame 60 handles this task well. I purchased 2 of these, one patio model and one trailer. The patio model is easy enough for 1 person to get it around and the trailer model is also easy to get around and tows flawlessly. The biggest bonus on the Tri-Flame compared to the competitor's product I used is it's versatility. I've made some of the best ribs using the rib rack option I purchased and also over direct flame using the sandwich grates both with excellent results. I also did do some indirect cooking using the drip pan which came out great and temps held rock steady once I dialed it in. I used wood chunks in the cooking process with some bags of Lump and I just love the flavor profile. We are planning a whole hog in a few weeks which we plan on using the heat deflector/drip pan and I'm confident based on my experience so far that the Tri-Flame 60 will knock it out of the park. Overall, build quality, cooking ability and versatility make this one of my favorite cookers in my fleet of smokers. I love cooking on it and it puts out A LOT of delicious food. Highly recommended. Also want to give a shout out to Dwayne who gave us first rate treatment before, during and after the sale. I look forward to doing more business with the Wellspring team soon.

I started working with Dwayne Berna on December 29th to consider a Grill Cart for my Kamado Joe Classic 1 grill. We began discussing a 2 section with drawer cabinet and then I found a competitor that offered a 3-section cabinet. I relayed this to Dwayne, and he pointed out they also offer a 3-section cabinet. By this time, we had exchanged multiple e-mails and he was very aware of my interest. As a result, he actually took the opportunity to look at the competitor's product and he helped me by providing some information on the differences so I could make an informed decision. I smoked a total of 33 pork butts over a 4 day period for a fundraiser at church. The Tri-Flame 60 performed great, held temp like a champ. Easy to use and got to temp in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend!
