A few years ago the wife and I had heard about the Wellspring Smokers / Grills in Shipshewana, Indiana, so the wife and I made a quick detour off of I-69 to look at them. Needless to say we fell in love with the Tri-Flame 60. It has been the most important tool in our arsenal for smoking Pulled Pork BBQ, Chicken and some Heavenly Brisket.
