Strawberry Delight Recipe

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp 850 Sweet Mix
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (Room Temp) or Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Pecans

Cream Layer

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup 850 Sweet Mix
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream

Top Glaze

  • 3 Cups Sliced Strawberries (adjust amount to preference)
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup ClearJel
  • 3 oz. Strawberry Jello

Instructions

  1. Mix the almond flour, 850 sweet mix, butter, and crushed pecans together in a the 9x13 pan. Then spread the mixture out to form the crust.
  2. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl mix cream cheese, 850 sweet mix, and whipping cream.
  4. Once the crust is cool add the cream layer.
  5. In a small pot over medium-low heat mix water with ClearJel and Jello. Continue stirring until appropriately thick.
  6. Let the Jello glaze cool.
  7. Layer strawberry slices on the cream layer.
  8. Spread Jello glaze over strawberry slices.
