Ingredients
Crust
2 Cups Almond Flour
2 Tbsp 850 Sweet Mix
4 Tbsp Butter (Room Temp) or Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Crushed Pecans
Cream Layer
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup 850 Sweet Mix
1 Cup Whipping Cream
Top Glaze
3 Cups Sliced Strawberries (adjust amount to preference)
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup ClearJel
3 oz. Strawberry Jello
Instructions
Mix the almond flour, 850 sweet mix, butter, and crushed pecans together in a the 9x13 pan. Then spread the mixture out to form the crust.
Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
In a bowl mix cream cheese, 850 sweet mix, and whipping cream.
Once the crust is cool add the cream layer.
In a small pot over medium-low heat mix water with ClearJel and Jello. Continue stirring until appropriately thick.
